The poster session will take place on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 14:00 to 15:30, and we kindly ask all poster presenters to be available in person during this time.
Poster stands will be available for mounting from 9:00 on Thursday, September 18, and posters may remain in place until 15:00 on Friday, September 19. Please make sure to put up your poster before the start of the session.
We will provide pins for fixing posters to the stands.
Posters should be prepared in A0 portrait format. If you have already prepared your poster in a different size, please let us know as soon as possible.
All posters should be in English.
All other aspects of your poster (e.g. colour, lamination) are entirely up to you. Please ensure that your poster is clearly legible from a reasonable distance.
For basic text, we recommend a minimum font size of 24 pt. Given the relatively small number of posters and the high number of participants at ICLC-11 (and thus potentially larger crowds), you may wish to use larger font sizes, such as 32 pt or more.
