Registration

Early bird registration for ICLC-11 opens on 13 June 2025 and will be available until 30 July 2025. After this date, the conference fees will be increased. Online registration closes on 1 September 2025. The conference is organized as a fully in-person event that will take place at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague.

Conference registration requires payment of a conference fee. Students can pay the reduced conference fee by presenting written confirmation of their student status from their institution upon arrival. The fees are as follows:

  • Early bird (regular): €150 (CZK 3700)
  • Early bird (reduced): €100 (CZK 2500)
  • Late (regular): €180 (CZK 4500)
  • Late (reduced): €120 (CZK 3000)

The conference fee includes:

  • Participation in all conference sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Refreshments during coffee breaks

In addition, we are organizing an excursion and a conference dinner that are not covered by the conference fee. Should you wish to take part, please indicate that in the registration form. Please note that the number of places for the excursion is limited, so we recommend not to wait with the registration.

If you are one of the authors of an accepted submission (talk or poster), we kindly ask you to do the following:

  • Upload the revised version of your abstract to the online submission system by 30 July 2025. Please follow the formatting instructions provided there — we understand this may take some extra effort, but it will help ensure that the Book of Abstracts is typographically consistent and professionally presented.
  • Register and pay the conference fee by 30 July 2025 to ensure that your presentation is included in the final programme.

IMPORTANT: if you are affiliated with Charles University
Participants from Charles University (regardless of the faculty) have to pay the conference fee through internal invoice (“vnitrofaktura”). This means that the conference fee is NOT to be paid now – the payment will be settled later internally.
In the registration form, it is necessary to indicate the faculty and, specifically for participants from Faculty of Arts, also to provide the cost centre number of the funding source (“číslo střediska”). Please note that before entering these details, you must verify whether the given funding source allows payment via internal invoice. This method of payment is generally not permitted for projects such as TAČR, OP JAK, or CoRe. On the other hand, GAČR and Cooperatio projects allow for such payments. Based on the information provided here, the Faculty of Arts will issue an invoice in Czech crowns.
In order to process the internal invoices within the Faculty of Arts, the participant will later need to provide a cover sheet (“průvodní list”) to the invoice and ensure its approval by the authorised signatory (“příkazce operace”) of the given funding source.
Payment for the conference dinner is optional and should be made in the standard way via the payment gateway to which participants will be redirected from the registration form, depending on the selected options. Please note that for the dinner, the payment is made by you as a private person.
If you do not wish to join us for the dinner, you do not pay anything now, but please make sure to submit the registration form.
